Gap Trail Campground LLC

The people were very friendly and welcoming. Educational, if you needed it. The bathrooms and showers were top notch for camping. Pavilion if you want to chill w others and/or charge your electronics. Coffee in the morning. Walking distance to a Right Aid and several restaurants. No street noise. Definitely train noise, but that's everywhere on the GAP. Access basically right from the trail. Great spot, definitely recommend, and will be back if on the GAP again.

One of the best campgrounds I've stayed. Clean bathrooms and showers. Paul was very friendly and receptive to us. We had a great time here!

We stayed there on 9/19/20 and loved the serene setting, open air showers, friendly attendants, and the communal coffee maker. Nice touches, like fire rings and a divider fence to help minimize noise made this place awesome!

Clean, quiet, and right off the gap trail. Hot showers and nicer restroom facilities than I have in my home. Beautiful sites right next to the river. Nice pavilion with plenty of outlets and seating.nnNicest campground I've stayed in along the gap and c&o trails (in 2 full trips).

A perfect reprieve after a long day of biking. Felt very at ease here. And the proprietor is very personable. It's hard to justify spending $50 to camp when free is available a couple miles away, but this place was worth it.
