This store has styles you just can't get anywhere else locally. It's really nice to be able to go to one store for everything you need for a look (head to toe!). The inside of the store is really pretty and the fitting rooms are always clean and comfortable. I've been in multiple times and have always had a good customer service experience too. I'd definitely recommend Femi for cute going out looks, unique shoes and accessories and employees who know and care about trends and making you look good!

Nice boutique. I like the unique designs and styles you normally dont see in other stores. Its a little on the expensive side but worth it!!

poor customer service!! I bought shoes for particular event so I had them sent to the store so I can ensure I got them on time and they were the correct size. I got an email confirming my purchasing and stating I will get an email to let me know when the shoes were shipped. Days went by and no second update email. Eventually the event went by. I don't have time to stop pass the store on weekdays and the first Saturday that came I assumed the shoes were just in limbo somewhere and the ball was dropped somewhere with shipping. The following week tried calling the store and I emailed the customer service email asking for a status on them. No one asked their phone and no one (to this day) replied to my email. That Saturday I went to the store and the lady working found my shoes and stated that someone should have called me when my shoes arrived and that THEY dropped the ball. Before she gave me the shoes i asked her to try them on because I was concerned I may have gotten them too big. She tells me, yes I can try them on but it's past the return policy days. I asked her how is that fair if I've never had them and we acknowledged that wasn't my fault. From there the employee was very rude - keep talking to other people and trying to walk away while I was trying to address an issue with her. I was very unhappy with the way she handle my problem. The shoes are too big, so now I missed wearing them to my event and now have shoes purchased over 2 weeks ago that i can't wear.nVery poor customer service!!! I didn't even touch the shoes yet, there was no reason she couldn't have worked with me and switched them for a smaller size given the circumstance
