I definitely will not return here. The women are very sweet doing the actual nails. The lady at the front counter was awful, really rude. They had to redo my nails because they go way too fast to get the next customer in quickly. I felt extremely anxious the entire time. Worst “spa” experience I have had. I honestly had to go home, use nail polish remover, and completely repaint my nails because the nail polish never could dry. I should have just not come. $145 dollars later, and I’m home repainting my nails. Lots of other ways to waste money than this.

I came to this salon because it had great reviews so I thought that I would give it a try..... I should have just cut my own hair. I came into the salon with a picture of exactly what I wanted (which is basically the haircut I had just more refined) the lady who was cutting my hair not only didn't make sure that I was okay with the cut before she decided she was done but kept slicking my hair back even when I told her that I like my hair brushed forward. Not only that but didn't ask if I wanted my hair blown dried or product in my hair (which I never do because I hate the heat and don't like foreign products that aren't discussed with me before being put in my hair) thankfully my hair grows back pretty fast. Sorry for the long post.

The pedicure was just fine. The dip nails came out very thick, they look terrible. Additionally, I requested oval shaped nails, however, they blunted them down to flat short blobs which is too bad because I spent a few weeks growing them out for this appointment. Although the salon was not very busy, they made me get the pedicure and manicure at the same time. The seat was in the corner so I had two technicians crowded around me. There was dip powder left behind under my nails which sealed the skin to my nails until I picked it out at home. After this experience, I will not return.

Website offerings were not offered at salon...Bridal package on website, but seemed to have never been an option. Was offered high end services instead of being upselled. I felt my questions simply annoyed them.

Holly & Tina did an awesome job on our nails. We were random walk-ins and were treated like a regulars... Will definitely be back... All the way from Auburn!!
