Very friendly service, good pricing, over all my haircut is cute but the reasoning I'm giving it a 3 is because it is about 4-5 inches shorter than what I asked for. The person even double checked with me to confirm my desired length before getting started and still managed to cut it shorter. It still looks good just not what I asked for and by the time she cut a chunk off of my hair it was too late to say other wise.
I always get a good cut here. The staff are friendly and seem to know hair. And they have advanced check in that works great.
I took my 9 year old daughter and I in for haircuts yesterday. After my haircut was finished I paid for both our cuts and was told I could not wait in lobby my daughter to be finished and was forced to wait outside. I do not recommend this place, they cut my bangs way shorter than I asked and forced me to leave the building while my daughter, a minor, was still inside receiving a hair cut. I understand we are in a pandemic but leaving my daughter without my supervision is unacceptable. I will never get my hair cut at any great clips again.
Everytime I go to Great Clips for a haircut the stylist cuts my hair exactly the way I like it. It's even everywhere, all my dead split ends are cut off and gone and my hair is really healthy again. Their prices have gone up a bit but a haircut is still under $20 dollars. I recommend Great Clips.
Unprofessional and rude staff. They completely shaved my son’s sideburns off above the hairline and it looks like they literally put a bowl on his head for his haircut. When I told the staff I was unsatisfied with his haircut, I was told there was nothing wrong with it and I could call 1-800-Greatclips if I wanted to discuss further. There are plenty of other haircut places you can go to that might at least have some semblance of professionalism.
