My family enlisted the services of Julian Gray Associates to secure both Medicaid for our mother and V.A benefits for our father. They helped us wade through the paperwork and guided us through a spend down process securing both benefits for our parents. We could not have done this on our own. The result was an improved quality of life for both our mother and father in the last years of their lives. Had we not secured these benefits, our parents would have run out of money paying out of pocket for their care long before they did pass away.nnThe staff was always helpful and knowledgeable and we are grateful for their services.

My family member dealt with the firm for a power of attorney, living will, will and a trust. As a family member that is written into the legal documents prepared by the firm, I had reason to call for clarify a power of attorney execution date. The receptionist was personal yet professional and explained that the attorney best suited to speak with me was unavailable, but would call me back.nnI did not expect a call back as a lot of law officers frankly are not good about that. I was delighted to receive a call back same day from Mr. Colin Morgan who quickly answered me question. The continuity of the quick conversation with the receptionist already had my record pulled up which give me a BIG vote of confidence not only in the firm, but also the receptionist for passing the information along. To Mr. Colin Morgan's credit he clarified my question and being knowledgeable of the law to a certain point, I am educated enough to know not everything is as simple as it appears. This was an elder law issue and I do not give fake reviews and the service was good AFTER the sale, and that is integrity.

I highly recommend this firm to assist you with any estate planning or legal planning for long term care for you or a loved one. Their service does not end with the signing of the papers. I used them when my father was diagnosed with dementia five years ago. They have been available to answer all of my questions and give me advise as he transitioned from living on his own to long term care. I can not say enough as to how helpful they have been and how having the proper legal paperwork in place has made this transition so much easier on me and my father.
