Store was well organized. I went there to find business casual clothing. It's so hard for me to find pants that fit and are comfortable. I found a few pair here. The prices are a little steep but the items I got have lasted for awhile now. Wished they had more things on sale or clearance.

This particular store isn't bad. The staff is moderately helpful. I went to replace a suit bottom (pant) and they no longer sell it. The cashier couldn't find anything close so she offered to look it up online. I get the impression she expected me to say no but I can't do much with a suit jacket and no pants! The pants ripped after wearing them maybe 5 times. The suit was roughly $300 so I can't complain too much but I didn't ask for a refund or anything along those lines. I wanted to pay full price for a pair of pants that matched. Never the less I ended up in Jos A Bank and found what I needed with a better quality suit. Albeit a more expensive one but if your going to spend $300, you might as well double it and get one that lasts and is tailored. I still really like the Express brand socks though! Keep up the 4 or 5 for $20 and I'll continue buying them.

Employees helped us when they can. Just wished there are more of them to help. We went on a Monday evening and there are only two of them in the entire store and we had to wait to get the required sizes. Store is neat and well maintained.
