Bradley was very helpful, both with the initial fitting as well as the pickup. Give this man the A/C he deserves!
Picked up a tuxedo in January wore it a total of two hours on 3 different occasions. In May, the pockets separated from the liner and when I called the store and was informed that they would not honor the separatiin because I picked it up in January. The store was closed for the pandemic since March and I did not open Until June. Manager says will not honor the pants it’s my problem. They never even looked at the pants. If you are a MASON, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!!!!!!
My fiancé and I went to the Robinson mall location. Bradley was wonderful. He was professional and courteous. He made the process effortless and got us what we needed. The Price was fair. The customer service was definitely what sold us. The first thing Bradley said to us was “congratulations”. For me that hooked me right away. The place we looked at before, the lady was disinterested and seemed annoyed by our presence. If you are looking for a fair priced tux to rent and top notch customer service go here.
My experience at this Robinson tuxedo junction was horrific. I walked in on a Tuesday and asked if I could have a tux ready on Saturday and he told me no. He explained that they were too busy and he would’ve have it ready it time. That was such an absurd way to handle me as a customer. There was no reason why I shouldn’t have been able to get fitted for a tux there. Luckily I called South Hills Village and they got me in Tuesday and have my tux ready at Friday! That kid at Robinson needs to be terminated. He didn’t want to do his job and he wasn’t even wearing business casual attire.
