not only the worst customer service being nobody really seemed to know what to do, they went against the size I told them I was, a boys size and gave me a men's extra small. I'm assuming just to up sell, as the workers are probably paid on commission. the tuxedo jacket went down to my knees and had to be shortened multiple inches. and the absolute BEST part, the pants I had along with the rental, gave me some nice bed bugs. that's right, bed bugs. disgusting.
