Very unprofessional manager was very rude, McDonald's app didn't work right so she added my order into the system took them 27 minutes to fill my order, as I watched 8 other customers come in after me get there orders promptly and leave it was only when I ask her to cancel my order did they fill it. I will never use this McDonald's again. My wife works for McDonald's so its just this store inside pilot that I have a problem with.

Hit or miss with this place sometimes they get the order wrong and other times they're serving WARM FRIES or room temp. food. 20% of the time they will get it right. So at 1 out of 5 chance of them getting it right, one star is all I can do for their rating.

No line when I went in. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and had 2 hot cheeseburgers bagged and ready to go a minute later. Thanks, McDonald's! It really helps that you're fast and efficient at a Pilot location! ^5
