My partner and I visited this store for the first time. Although the store was practically empty, no one came to help us. When we spoke to one of the managers about some used Callaway clubs, the response was cold. We felt profiled and as if they didn't need our business. I gave it a two star because the inventory was good.
Out of this world selection of Golf equipment and apparel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pros are great at assessing your needs and then recommending options.
Ed Hill did an excellent job of club fitting, recommending a different club length and offering his insights both on the clubs and swing analysis. The tracking technology is amazing. We purchased the clubs at golf galaxy even though we could have gotten for less elsewhere. The service was the key. Also the store's social distancing and safety precautions were well marked and reinforced which was very reassuring.
I made the trip to get fitted for a new putter. Harley was extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions, I highly recommend this location for fittings!
One of the most subpar experiences i have ever had shopping. Walked in ready to spend $2000+ on a full set of Taylor made Sim clubs, had a salesman give me a driver to hit in the simulator. He went to get irons and never returned. After waiting around for 30 min i walked out and bought the clubs elsewhere. Disappointing!
