The selection is okay and the customer service is fine but we'll never shop there again. We bought batteries that ended up not fitting our device so we tried to return them but the return period is 10 days. We won't shop at a store we can't reliably return products.nnEdit: In regards to the reply, yes, we saw the 10 day return policy but we're busy people and 10 days isn't long enough. As a business owner myself, even if our policy is 30 days, we accept returns long after the policy has expired. This is the cost of doing business. If a customer isn't happy, we do our best to make sure they are happy. We would like an exchange for store credit if cash or refund to our card isn't possible.

Stopped at this store for the first time about 15 mins ago and I have to say it is an awesome place with the most amazing staff. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed anything. Everything that I looked at, Vanessa and Michele made sure I like it or showed me things similar if I didnt. I mean the store is enough to want to go to but the customer service was top notch. Amazing! Definitely will be back frequently! And thanks again ladies!

A lot of stuff. Lady was helpful, but they didn't have as many colors for garter belts as they had for thigh high. I was looking for a purple or lime green. But he was very satisfied with what I bought so I can't complain.

I use to come here a lot, but more and more they were always out of simple things like black thigh highs or toy cleaner. It is definitely more cluttered now. a few months ago when I walked in who ever has the Irish music as a ring tone was more concerned with her cell phone call than me. They do have beautiful lingerie, when they finally get new styles and yes as many others have stated a bit pricey. Even the toys I have found at other local stores for much less. Great store that in the last year feels less comfortable to shop in, but still a great concept.
