Drove 60 miles to this Lane Bryant because the one near me closed. I had some online orders to return. After marking up the receipt, clerk refused to return the items as I didn't have the credit card that was used for the order. Tell me why every other store can scan a receipt and automatically credit you back on your credit card and this store cannot. Tried to explain the distance I drove and the attitude was pretty much - tough your problem not mine. Handed me my items in the bag with the receipt that had all the items circled as if returned. I buy a lot from Lane Bryant especially online since covid and I realized that the store pretty much could care less about its customers during this time otherwise an exception would have been made.
Absolutely wonderful staff. Helped my sister find an outfit to wear for my wedding and went the extra mile for her. Love it there!
Gina was so helpful and patient with my 84 yr old mom, finding the right size bra. Even helped her order more online. Tvey kept everything ckean and sanitized.
Always friendly, always find things I need (and a few I didn't know I neededud83eudd23).
Great selection! The store is always nice and clean. The sales people are always busy working on something but yet totally available to help. Never a problem.
