Manager was very helpful and friendly! My three kids all had a great time and I am now looking at getting a membership. It will be great for the cold weather months and summer vacation.

Really fun! Wasn't aware that there was a time limit due to COVID (2 hours). Virtual reality was really fun, and my 60 year old parents loved it too.

Had a birthday party for my kids here. Everyone had a great time! Our party host was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Went to meet up with my sister and her kids. It was overly crowded because of birthday parties but not a bad wait for attractions. My main concern is with the kitchen. My order was taken at 7 and i didnt get food until 740. The 2 girls kayla and maddy were swamped and had no help in sight. I felt bad for them. I bring my concerns to the manager who refunds half of my money for the wait. I feel that if he had stepped back to help them instead of walking the floor i may have had more time to spend watching the kids play. I want to give a good review for the girls who kept going on their own. They deserve all the praise. Maybe next time they'll have more staff where its needed.

My son LOVED our trip there...didn't want to leave lol Be warned though -- go there with ALOT of energy if you intend to play along side your kids. Pricing was very fair for what you get to do & for how long... we'll definitely be going back again!
