I absolutely love I&M Printing! They make all of my work attire and I never have any issues with anything! They are very detail oriented and always make sure that you are completely satisfied with the services that they provide! I am absolutely appalled by I&M Printing and the way they conduct their business. It took I&M Printing nine (9) weeks to embroiled one shirt and only supplied me with the invoice the day before my item was shipped. During this time frame the business owner, Maria, was impossible to deal and could not follow a simple email thread. Maria would often fail to response to emails for weeks or start a new email and forget everything that was previously discussed. Her incompetence resulted in me dealing directly with her husband. He was AMAZING and gave stability to my simple order. I strong commend his leadership and acumen, as he was able to satisfy me as the customer. Sadly, the business relationship was irreparable, and I took my business elsewhere. I was able to find another supplier who created one shirt and delivered it to me within 14days and I proceed by ordering another 55 shirts and will continue using them for all my business apparel. I hope others have more joy and better service from I&M Printing in the future.

They were incredibly accommodating with me and the prices were very fair and better than other commercial options. As a local business, I would recommend and have recommended them to friends in the area. The quality, despite the cheaper price, is great! I have been wearing their stuff for almost a year now and have washed them multiple times. The shirts have remained in good quality and the sweatshirt is still fuzzy inside! As long as you are active in communication with them, they will have your order completed in a very reasonable time.
