It's nice and usually has some great sales going on. The employees weren't too friendly when we were there though. And the holidays is no excuse.

Had situation during holiday shopping..someone grabbed my special coupons. The front line manager still honored them as I had shown her my coupons asked her to tell me where to find the items. This could have been a bad day BUT she made it an amazing day by her quick action to assist in this situation. I will always shop at the Monroeville Mall location because of her.

Love this store! Favorite employee is Tina! She always goes above and beyond for her customers. She is very knowledgeable of the products and is willing to help you find anything and everything you need in the store. They have a wonderful return policy 100% satisfaction guaranteed. It doesn't matter how old the product is if it's new or used they will swap it out for the same exact product or if you have a receipt you can get your money back. Three wick candles are my favorite! So many different scents to choose from. They also have really nice candle holders. The new Gingham scent is beautiful and perfect for Spring! I also love the hand sanitizer and pocketbacs. They're so cute and have so many to choose from. I love the promotions. ALWAYS sign up for emails bc they send emails with promos and coupons all the time. Also if you are someone who likes to shop online check your emails for deals sometimes they have free items if you spend a certain amount or with any purchase and sometimes they give free shipping like today for example you get a free lilac candle with ANY purchase and free shipping on $40 online orders. I definitely recommend Bath & Body Works for multiple reasons this is a great store in the staff is phenomenal great customer service and very friendly the store is also very clean and well-stocked I live within three minutes from our local Bath & Body Works store and I don't even bother to go there... this is the one I shop at instead because I love it!
