All of it is very easy and simple no hassle, no frustrations. All I do is arrive there go into customer service/customer pickup, sign a paper and then walk (drive) away with my product. Super simple. Employees there are great and friendly. Fast and quick. The only issue as of now, (hopefully soon it will be done) is the construction that's happening right off the exit. Still quick not to long of a back up.
Stopped by today for a will call order and Allanah was amazing! She was so friendly, helpful, and efficient! I’m highly impressed by her phenomenal customer service skills. I already appreciate the Uline company in general But Allanah went above an beyond to make sure I had a great experience. THANK YOU!!
I had an issue with my online account and was really impressed to call the customer service line and be connected with a real person right away. I didn't even need to sit through a phone tree. They identified me based on my phone number (I'm a current customer), and fixed my issue right away. Super customer service!
