Steven Thompson is a all around good guy and very professional.Steve came out same day as we called it was actually evening which we were thankful for we had a bad sewer back up in our basement Steve called us down to show us every step that he was doing we found that our trap was broke and holding all the sewage which makes since because we had this problem in the past but the other company never took the time like Gillece did .The hole they had to dig to replace our trap was scary deep 10ft but they came back the next day which is amazing because we couldn’t even get another company to even come out and look at it for days.Jeff was very professional also he was the one who did the work He was very thoughtful he even put in a temp line so we could use our house and not have to stay in a hotel anymore clean up was very good I am very impressed and happy with all work I will be calling the lease in the future and using Steve again for all our plumbing issues

Eric diagnosed a major clog in our main sewer line when had sewage backed up in our basement shower and zero flow from the house.nthe power snake could not clear it so a $1500 high pressure power flush was required.nthrough the entire process, Eric showed me the camera video and explained in clear terms what we were dealing with.nhe was very experienced and never made assumptions or promises.ni am a mechanical engineer, and while in no way do i pretend to be an expert on plumbing, i always felt confident what i was being told was the truth.nnyes, it was expensive, but our sewer was fixed in less than three hours.nthis included having the high pressure power flush truck come (Chad was the technician). the two of them were professional, courteous and made sure to not damage anything while protecting the floors with heavy plastic sheeting. when finished they cleaned up and we had very little work to do other than a light mop of floors and vacuuming.nni don't know if the price i paid was average, higher or lower that normal, but i am very glad to have had Eric facilitate the job. he is very very good at what he does.

My experience with Gillece was exceptional, professional service. The individual who provided that service was Tiffany, she was friendly very knowledgeable of job, Showed up to job site ready to work, she respected the social distancing by wearing her mask, Tiffany was truthful and detailed in her explanation, I plan on using there services again, I have already recommended a friend for some projects. I am truly grateful to have found someone who takes pride in their work and in servicing her client, I would highly recommend Tiffany, she will definitely do the job right the first time.

Scott Christian-plumber, came to our house same day called. It was close to quitting time but he fixed a drain pipe that was leaking water. He was so nice and did quality work. Would definitely recommend him. He gets 5 stars.
