Says it’s open as it should on a Monday afternoon but when we got to the store front it was blocked partly by black partitions with no indication other than that to indicate it might be closed. When we inquired by stepping by the partition to get an employee’s attention, they said very rudely, “We’re closed,” as they pushed us out and proceeded to completely close the partition. Went to the mall to shop at AE. Do you have to be so rude to people who keep your company in business so that you may keep the job that you seem to hate.
I went in to buy some jeans and the customer service was excellent. The staff on the floor, by the fitting rooms and at the register were all very helpful .
I went in to return a tank top which I tried on once. The girl there was very rude and had a bad attitude and wouldn't take it back because it 'looked worn'? She complained to me that I should have returned it through the mail and that it 'hurt them' since I bought it online. Which isn't really my problem. She made the experience very uncomfortable and made me not want to shop there anymore. Really disappointed because I buy from here alot and she made me feel guilty for returning one item. This is why I shop online. If you work in retail and you're in a bad mood don't take it out on customers.
