I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted for my brothers wedding, and when I walked into Carrie Ann’s shop, I instantly found the dress I wanted. Her dresses are intricately designed and absolutely beautiful. Not to mention how wonderful and attentive she is! After having the alterations done the first time, I still needed a few more things fixed. Without hesitation, she got them done for no extra charge. Unlike big retail stores, she actually cares about her customers and their wants. Her dress made my brothers wedding just that much more special! I will definitely be going back for my wedding dress in the future.
After searching for exactly what I wanted, I found Dress Haute to be the perfect fit. Literallyud83dude0a Carrie was so knowledgeable to what would flatter my body type. Despite seeing extremely needy and rude customers at my visit, Carrie remained calm and professional. Her years of experience and great personality showed its self again when my dress got held up on delivery. Despite her probably not wanting to make that hard call to tell me. She did with Grace. She kept me in the loop and made all accommodations needed to make my day go smooth without any drama. When the dress got to Pittsburgh. She dropped everything and drove to pick it up personally. The fitting and alterations were not only perfect and on point but in incredible timing. My Day was Perfect. With my perfect dress. Not to mention more affordable than any of the other place in the entire Western Pennsylvania Area that I had searched in. I would strongly suggest starting your search here. My granddaughter and I were there yesterday and could not be happier with the service and quality of the merchandise! The owner was so helpful and patient with me and my granddaughter! She went out of her way to help her try on many choices and offered excellent advice. In the end we ordered a dress and we are pleased with our selection and the service.
I went to DressHaute for my daughters wedding. We got my dress, my daughters wedding dress and 2 bridesmaids dressing off of Carrie Ann. I tried a few dresses on my daughter picked out and they were just not me. CarrieAnn and her staff are very Knowledgeable. After going and looking came back with “thee” Mother of the bride dress” one look and my friend commented “ that’s you” and it was and I loved it!! After alterations it was the perfect dress! My daughter’s wedding dress was absolutely beautiful! The wedding was beautiful and the dresses were prefect!
