First of all, I HATE shopping for make up and skin care products, it always makes me feel inept. I went into this sephora location to pick up the face lotion that I use and decided to look at some make up products that weren't just generic brands. I had a few questions and a young associate Mary was incredibly helpful! I loved the products she recommended.

Love there product and the workers are very helpful. I could find cheaper but I don’t mind paying for the great service and professional products I find here. Everyone’s always helpful. They always have good stock in what I need to buy.

I usually love shopping at this Sephora and enjoy coming here because of the friendly helpful workers. Today however , I came to shop planning to buy perfume and cream. However , an older lady with blonde hair scowed at my and my friend the entire time suspecting we were criminals. This is really disappointed to be treated this way because I am a young adult. I had a couple small items in my hand, a i was ran up to and had the items grabbed out of my hand in a very rude way, not even asking if she could take them from me. She said I had “too much to carry”. Take into consideration that I had bags in my hand and was obviously coming with money into the store to purchase , not to be a criminal. Please don’t suspect and treat people this way. I decided to walk out and not buy anything. I sure won’t be back after this experience.

My shopping experiences for skin care & cosmetics is always a good one for the selection they carry and the knowledgeable assistance they provide. The 4 star rating is because of the overwhelming smell of perfume; they should keep the fragrances in the back of the store... it would really help those of us with allergies!

Their Covid-19 policies work very well, they don't have many people in the place, you can't touch anything that you're not going to buy.nnThe only bad thing is that one of the lipsticks I wanted to buy was not in stock, so I will go for the online option. they were very friendly in the welcome.
