Wonderful folks at Clothes Mentor. I ordered a top online and planned on doing an in store pickup. Due to my error, I did not check my email And missed seeing the confirming email form CM staff. After discovering my error, CM staff shipped my item to me. Staff is very helpful, always pleasant and very knowledgeable. If you haven’t shopped at CM you are missing out on some fantastic fashions at great prices. Thanks again CM....will see you soon for more retail therapy.

I am a big fan of consignment stores. The fact that this store takes your clothes without an appointment and pays you the same day you bring them in is great. This is a nice store with nice selections....HOWEVER....I came here on 2 different occasions with nice clothing to turn in. Both times, they took nothing of mine when, I could guarantee you, a lot of what I had was WAY better than what they had on their racks. My friend had a brand new pair of Chico's jeans with the tag on them and they never even took them! Another time I went in, I purposely waited when a lady brought a box of clothing in to see if they would do the same thing to her. They did... and only took one item. The lady stood there a bit surprised that that's all they took. My girlfriend had a lot of clothes she wanted to turn in. I must say she is a very nice dresser and a lot of her things were very stylish, name brands and not old. I told her don't expect them to take a lot and told her of my experience. They did the same thing to her. Will I return? Maybe just to browse around. But I will never waste my time bringing clothes in here again.

I’ve only ever dropped clothes off and every time I’ve gone mostly everything I brought was taken. You don’t get a lot back for your stuff, but that’s how consignment shops are, if you want top dollar you need to sell things yourself online. You also need to bring them name brands clothes and accessories that are in style and sizes that sell. They have always taken my Lilly Pulitzer, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Lululemon, and even express. I am always happy with the money I make because it’s stuff I don’t want and I’d rather get something for my stuff. They also have a lot of great things to purchase at awesome prices that I’ve seen while waiting for them to go through my stuff.
