Easy, short-distance hike with a little bit of side rock scrambling. You need waterproof shoes & a tarp to lay down on the muddy/sandy banks for a picnic. The water is ice cold but worth getting in if you’ve been out in the desert. There’s a sign that warns of no cliff jumping into the very shallow water below & we will watched a few people do it - one local said he has seen many broken ankles at this spot.

Place by itself deserves 5 stars it’s worth it to check out but giving it 4 because it can get crowded and a pack of wild teenagers came jumping off of the cliffs and it was terrifying

Pretty cool adventure trail! Everybody along the hike was super nice and said hi! The waterfall at the end of the trail was worth it! The water was cold 🥶 but we jumped in anyways!

Small parking area, pit toilets, dog bags and disposal available. Restrooms had no toilet paper and were pretty dirty. Like everything else in Moab it was way too crowded to be remotely enjoyable! We are not coming back to Moab, it is just unenjoyable in every respect. Huge 1-2 hour traffic jams, every facility, (restaurants, shops, public facilities, groceries stores, etc) is too crowded to use or enjoy. AND THEY JUST KEEP BUILDING MORE HOTELS, CONDOS AND TOURIST FACILITIES, with no thought to parking, over crowding or ability to get to services. I feel very sorry for the poor residents, but they have done it too themselves by being so greedy and shortsighted.

A lot of fun and a great way to cool off, but extremely crowded all the time.
