A real estate developer attempted to seek a variance to build a 2 story house 15” from my property line .nnThe subdivision that was granted did allow limited abilitynnI was given very little notice . We could not be happier with David. We used him to purchase our first home in Mt. Lebanon a few years ago. When it came time move again this past year, we did not hesitate to go with David for both he sale of our previous home, and the purchase of the new home. David is extremely knowledgable and very easy to get ahold of. In addition to his experience as an agent, David is also a lawyer which was very helpful during the negotiation process and when we had questions about the details related to paperwork, timelines, and our rights when the inevitable curveballs come into the process. We will definitely use David again!

I had a wonderful experience with Tkacik Law Office. The communication throughout the entire process of appealing our tax assessment was fantastic. I always knew what was happening, and responses were fast, clear, and extremely helpful. At the conclusion of our appeal, we saved a significant amount of money with a reduction of the original reassessment of over $17k. Also, even after our case was handled and concluded, Mr. Tkacik continued to assist us in rectifying a problem with receiving our reimbursement even though it was not his problem to solve and an error on the part of the other attorneys. I would highly recommend Tkacik Law Office to handle any tax assessment issues.
