Kind and helpful employees! Great sales going on and new merch arriving June 1!
I went to return a shirt and was basically harassed by the manager for not having the correct online order sheet. I had the order confirmation and information on my phone and she could see how much I paid for the shirt and she gave me such a hard time. I have never been treated like this in a store and I have retail experience. The manager was so rude to me all over returning a shirt. I will NEVER return to this location ever again due to the rudeness of their manager.
The store manager at this particular location HARASSED my mother and I...all over returning a shirt! I’ve never been talked to the way I was by her by ANYONE let alone a retail employee! I did, however, call their customer care immediately and those girls were fantastic!!! Considering it was a weekend, I couldn’t have been more pleased on how they handled themselves. They are the only reason I’ll ever shop at the boutique ever again...just not this location! Stay AWAY unless you want to be embarrassed, harassed, and abused by their store manager!
Great merchandise, great prices!
I was extremely disappointed in the service when I visited this store. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon about 1:30 pm, and the store was empty except for the 3 employees. I walked in to no greeting from anyone, I went looking around, and no one acknowledged my presence by asking if I needed assistance. I was there for about ten minutes before deciding that while I liked the items, there was a serious lack of customer service. I left the same way I walked in, unacknowledged.
