Wonderful store where I can find a variety of items reasonably priced. Store is clean. Always greeted by sales ladies that are friendly and helpful. The one stop shop for all your gift and decorating needs!
I’ve shopped at Sheila’s a few times and always find great gifts for family and friends, even myself! The employees are always friendly and helpful. I’ve recommended the store to a lot of people I know. You won’t be disappointed!
Less than one star. Extremely poor customer service. Not only were the sales ladies that I asked for help this past Monday, October 12th rude and dismissive the store was dirty. The items for sale appeared used, as if you were shopping at a Good Will, and the place was not following any safe cleaning practices as required for covid19. The flimsy plastic shields at the registers were open and splattered. Not sure what happened as I shopped here in the past and was so disturbed by the conditions, I will not be back. AVOID!
I love this store! There are so many fun and beautiful things to look at, be prepared to spend at least an hour waling through the store. (Walk through twice to make sure you don’t miss anything!) Whitney is amazing!!! If you’re looking for Qudo, she is the one to talk to.
A very disappointing experience. I made a special trip to this store, but the quality of the merchandise was very poor and the costs high. More importantly, the store was cluttered and the sales ladies were so busy talking, I was not greeted nor were my friends assisted in any fashion. Very poor trip.
