The Streets of Cranberry shopping square is perfect with its popular eateries and stores, but without being overwhelming large and crowded. My Mother and I frequent the Talbots there often. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and wonderful bargains and good looking clothing are in abundance. My Mother and I always walk away with something that delights us.

The short-haired cashier Lori is extremely rude and needs lessons in customer service. When I commented that the item I was returning was not worth the full price (it was under 50% off signs), she retorted that it would cost more elsewhere. I then pointed out the great deal I’d gotten on a designer coat that day, and she again was snarky in saying, “who is that? Never heard of them.”nnI fully understand the need to be proud of your brand but if you’re in retail and have nothing good to say, shut it. Also, whatever happened to “the customer is always right”?nnTo be fair, my other visits there were very pleasant and professional. The sales associate Rachel was extremely helpful and delightful in helping me find and pick out two cute dresses. So five stars for her and zero for miserable Lori.

It's truly a pleasure to shop at Talbots. The salespersons are very warm and friendly, eager to assist and quite knowledgeable of their merchandise. The clothing is high quality and the sales are unbelievable.

The lady who help are the greatest. A wonderful selection of clothes on- sale and really tasteful new arrivals. You owe it to yourself to stop in.
