Spend thousands hits this year on skates, gear and ice tiles. Miss warranty by 9 days on a Bauer stick and can’t get some help. They should check customer history before they decide not to make an exception. Poor experience.
Staff wasn't very helpful. Nice store great options for players. Not much of anything for goalies as most Pure hockey stores don't cater to goalies.
Great staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They avoid the hard sell that accompanies many sports stores. They have helped with everything from sharpening to lacing techniques to brand suggestions based on a host of questions.
Some of the most helpful and kind staff members I've ever experienced in a store. They really took a lot of time with me and gave me a ton of information and advice. Definitely will recomend this to anyone in need of any hockey related help.
I always get great service from Matt and Danny, they help me and my son out with any and everything we need. Only place I go for our hockey gear.
