Instant Imprints did an outstanding job on our recent order for the wrestling association. They were very responsive and had everything done in a timely manner. Our entire organization loves the gear they designed. I contacted Instant Print about 18 months ago with an idea I had for a sweatshirt for Mother’s of Multiples. They responded quickly and showed me a few design ideas. We picked one and ordered- everything was done as planned. A year ago moms had other ideas: with words, with words and faces, triplets, grandmother, dad, etc. etc.! We asked if our different choices could be made and the answer was YES! Matt and his team have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of diversity for all members of Cranberry Mothers of Multiples! Everyone was so pleased that we are getting our Christmas orders together now.

I am a home improvement contractor in the Cranberry Twp area. I called instant imprints with a Super rush order on Thursday morning this past week. I needed a shirt by the end of business. I am an experienced contractor but a new business owner. I still hadn’t ordered any new marketing since I got my PA HIC license number. I needed a shirt because I was going to do a few big estimates, and especially because of COVID I wanted to put my best foot forward.nnI called, and Matt answered. He took all the info, gave me the email to send what I wanted on it and he kicked me back an invoice plus the preview of the shirt. I paid and by 5pm had a fresh printed shirt. He said that was little abnormal, but his attention to my needs with same day service were impeccable. While in the shop picking up the shirt he went over other options for me. As well as pricing things I know that currently need. Customer service was top knotch!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
