Went in today and there were 3 or 4 sales girls just standing around, not a single customer, and they refused to even look at a single bin of clothes we brought from 45 minutes away because it was an hour until closing time. Are you serious? There was not a single person in the store, and 4 sales people doing NOTHING. No one wearing masks either. Won't shop here again.

I’ve always had good experiences at this location. I travel to all of the Once Upon a Child’s in the area and I am always pleased with the selection here and the service.

I don't think this place is great for babies or toddlers. It looks like they have a lot of cute girl stuff and older children clothes. Much of the baby stuff is past the Goodwill point. Stained, holes, extreme pilling. It's all Target or Carters. The prices are about the same as Carters.

No one (employee or customer) was wearing a mask properly. Most had it pulled down so their nose was out. One woman customer did not wear a mask at all and employees said nothing. Also the prices at the North Hills location were much better. This location had overpriced items. Doubtful I will go back.
