He was responsible, respectful, efficient, pleasant, hard working and the type of employee everyone wants to have. A family member recommended them and I have been using this dry cleaner ever since. Very efficient service and very thorough. They do a great job removing stains. Also, sewed a pair of my pants perfectly. Courteous employees. Reasonable prices.

Model is great! I live in an area where pick up and delivery service is available and they are very reliable. If there is ever an issue that something takes longer than the promised 2-day turn around, they call me to let me know what is going on and when my garments will be delivered. They take as good care of their customers as they do their customer's dry cleaning items!

Fantastic customer service, the young staff members working are extremely respectful and helpful! It’s very rare to see respectful and helpful part-time working teenagers at businesses these days- not to mention the impeccable dry cleaning!
