Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This is by far my kids favorite trampoline park. There are so many things for them to do and they love them all. Their activities are not just geared toward younger kids. My kids are tweens and early teens and still have fun here. Staff was very kind and helpful. They were also very patient during the check in process with some of the kids in our group who didn’t have their confirmation info. The facility is very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

We had a fun and exciting two hours reserved for our family. Everything was clean we enjoyed every moment. There is even fun for toddlers and parents to explore together. The refreshments at the café was delightful. Yes the custom size socks with the sole grip fit like a glove. This was so much fun. Definitely going again and again.. Thank you Urban Air for a great time with my family.

Great first time visit!nThe staff were very nice.nGreat for children 6-16.nFavorite attraction was the Sky Rider !nnThe only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5 is because I have a 3 year old, and it’s best suited for children a little older.nnToddlers can still have fun, but with limited attractions.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon.. Absolutely no lines for the Sky Ride or Ropes Course. Tons of fun activities for the kiddos ! My daughter enjoyed her time very much. ud83dude0a Will definitely return soon!

I called ahead of time to see if we could bring a cake if we did not have a reserved birthday party... the young lady said yes as long as it’s not outside food but a birthday cake is ok. Get here.. they don’t know whose answering their phones or who told me that. Same thing happened to my sister who came a year ago.. was told over the phone yes.. get here no.. who wants to bring a cake just for it to sit in the car and how come all employees don’t know the rules . Very upsetting. Staff definitely didn’t have people skills
