I went there after visiting Half Price Books to redeem my daughters certificate from Book It, and was told by a nice lady that I have to have the actual certificate (I received the email with the code in it) or order online. I showed her the email that said that I could goto a store and order but she said it must be something new and she wouldn’t even know how to ring it up.
Pizza was cold, breadsticks were very dry, the only thing good, but still cold, was the half dozen wings. Very disappointing! Will not order from this store again.
Especially in these uncertain times of people not ordering, staff furloughed, and or laid off; customer service is key. The female manager was extremely rude, started a back and forth argument with me and told me not to come back, as if I eat and order pizza on a regular, and this was my first and last time ordering from that pizza hut or any other. I reached out to corporate about this poor customer service and they failed to address it.
Ordered two large pizzas that were tasteless and nasty I’m at a loss of words
Awful pizza and awful customer service (from the female manager who picked up the phone). Rude, nasty, and just terrible. Their pizza is just as bad. Won't be going back to this location ever again. Years ago this was one of the better locations, not anymore.
