Staff was not very helpful. It took them ten minutes to greet us and we were the only ones in the store. One of the workers was video chatting a friend and the others were conversing amongst themselves.nnWhen conducting the payment I ask to set up rewards program and that was also set up incorrectly.nnNot a welcoming store... Neither shoe store in Edgewood is worth shopping at. Take your money elsewhere!nnLow inventory with horrible staff.
Overall great customer service every time I come shop for my son but recently they had. wet floor sign in the door they read “last one” . I got to the door at 6:38 sign on the door says they close at 7pm ( due to new hours because of Covid ) . Not sure why I wasn’t allowed to shop . Kind of annoying when I could have went elsewhere and beat their closing times , left me SOL. 5 people left the store when I got to the door and another 2 when by the time I got to my car . So my guess is it wasn’t because of capacity .

Love love love. Reasonable prices. Great inventory. They also provide rewards which is nice. They ship really fast too and keep you updated on new products.
i had done my research prior to going in but still ended up needed a lil help. the sales man was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. he was patient and showed me different options and in the end i walked out with a great pair of shoes and the price is reasonable you get quality comfortable supportive shoes for your money
