Very terrible experience. Extremely aggressive and inconsiderate to the needs of the customer. Felt like I was having an outer body experience due to the amount of pain I was in. I do not appreciate the lack of care for my naturally grown hair. As women with African American hair we share like minded experiences and preferences, yet this was not the case during my appointment. My braids are very poorly done. Do not recommend. At all.

Asked for Senegalese twists and was originally very happy with how they came out but when I took them down I noticed they BRAIDED the hair at the root then TWISTED it which resulted in a 10 hour take down, endless knots and me losing SEVERAL inches off my ends. I am very upset and will not being going here again. Natural hair is hard to grow and I lost all my growth from the last 8 months at least.
