Nice grocery store. High in price. But it is a trade off for a clean and well kept store. Also keep in mind that the food is better quality of places lower in price. For example: Bananas here still taste better even when they're ripening. I had some from another place, a day after being completely yellow, these Bananas tasted funky.nI like Giant Eagle, I do hope that the Company understands, I don't need fancy. I want good products & the employees in the store to be thank & appreciated. God knows I wouldn't want to go outside for a cart in the rain or snow. I thank those who do: the little but important tasks

I absolutely love how they've evolved their curbside pickup services during the pandemic. It's fast, it's easy and it's safe. Plus everyone is very friendly and helpful. Things I especially like is that the shopper will text you when they start and will give you options for substitutions if something is out of stock. And if you forget something, you can add it easily. I also really like that you can opt in to GPS to let them know you're on your way and then simply click a button when you arrive; they'll bring your order out within minutes.nThey're providing a much appreciated service and have been very thoughtful in developing a process that works and is incredibly convenient.nMy one suggestion is that they allow their staff to accept tips. The personal shoppers are amazing.

It's a big grocery store with a lot of variety.nnEdit 09/19/20- I ordered cupcakes and a smash cake for my child's first birthday. The bakery did a fantastic job! Kudos! You made my little girl so happy with her smash cake!

I am very disappointed with this Giant Eagle. I enjoy the quality of the products, the satisfactory customer service and the cleanliness of the store, but the curbside express need some work. They almost always get my order wrong, give me items that expire within days, or ignore the requests that you are promoted to input at the end of the ordering process. I would suggest going into the store and dodging the crowd to have a better experience.
