Always flavorful and hot. They always run coupons for different things. The staff is friendly and efficient. Not a bad place at all.
VERY disappointing service. My delivery was 30 minutes late, and when I tried to call to see what was going on, their phone was shut off. That’s a great way to run a business. When they finally answered (after 25 minutes), their excuse was “we are busy.” If you are so busy, you should call the customers who have already ordered to let them know you are running behind. If you can’t accept and make orders at a quick pace, then don’t accept any orders or at least change the delivery timeframe on your site. You do not unplug your phone because you’re overwhelmed, being busy is part of the job.
Expensive
Not all Fox's Pizza Dens are created equal. This one is, excuse the pun, a cut above the rest. The pie I just picked up was so perfect it could have brought me to tears, but that would have interfered with devouring it, so I decided to write a review instead. I only wish I could give 6 stars instead of 5.
