Best gym around! The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. Friendly environment and welcoming to all levels. UTC has helped me compete at higher levels and pushed me to be my best.
Highly recommended. Owners and coaches are very caring and humble. Work around situation that can interviene in someone missing out on great training, and the meal preps are on point!!
My entire family attends UTC. It’s a place I trust to train my children, my wife, and me. Whether you’re doing it for fitness, love combat sports, or want train for a fight, UTC is the place.
Been training there for a few weeks, I missed some days, but every time I'm there they try to pay attention to as many students as they can and the two people who run it are experienced fighters and one got a fight in the ufc (i dont remember how many times) and most there stuff is very active and tiring, over all great training sessions and a great workout.
Amazing facility with world class trainers, both owners (husband and wife) are professional fighters who who fought in the UFC on the Ultimate Fighter. Very friendly, Best gym to train at in Washington state.
