I have been coming here for years, then I left and came back 5 years later and it’s STILL THE BEST! The staff has always been incredibly knowledgeable and I have never felt uncomfortable, ever! I do rely on their knowledge of the toys/lube/ect to guid me into the best decision for myself and I have never been disappointed. So far over the past 12 years I have yet to be upset or sad by a purchase recommend to me by the staff. They listen without judgement and they really do love their job. Way to go ladies I have really appreciated all your help over the years!
This place is excellent! The staff is super friendly and helpful, Amanda helped me and my partner find everything we needed and introduced us to a few products we didn't really think about. A great experience overall, and we'll be returning
So Im out side the store after trying to call. I can see the two girls talking inside abd have been calling over and over for about 10 mins. No response.....
I have been coming to this store for about 5 years and my overall experience is pretty good. The other day when I came in, I was very surprised to see a guy in there with two children! I thought that was very inappropriate. They were both under 10 years old. I think the store should definitely be 18+.
Rose helped me out, she was absolutely awesome!!! I like certain things... other stores were kinda judgmental... NOT HERE! Rose totally figured out, what I needed, gave me choices, helped me figure out what i wanted just from talking to me... totally professional and understanding to my needs. She could have steered me to the biggest and most expensive, but she didn't, it's like she knew me! 10 stars! Rose you are Awesome!
