I usually hate writing reviews, but I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had today at your Lacey location today. My Fiancé and I originally came in to window shop for some hiking boots for the Fall/Winter time. We found some nice Keens, but they did not have any high cut/size 12 in the back. One of the associates said a brand new boot came in that's a size 12 high cut, they were a perfect fit. Clarissa was the employee who ran to the back for the boot and rang us up. She was super friendly and explained the guarantee/warranty and registry information. I will be back for any other needs in the future!
