I had this company come and tow my vehicle. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told they would arrive in 45 minutes. I waited for them to arrive not only 45 minutes but 2 and a half hours. We were stranded on i5 with cars whizzing past us at 75 miles an hour. The tow driver was will. He talked down on my wife and kids while we were getting driven to our destination. Will with summit towing threatened me for defending my kids. This guy should never be working for such a company. If you ever get a tow from will stay very far away. Infact run! Your going to regret what they will and could do.

Awesome, quick, and polite service. My tire blew up on the highway and john Jennings changed my tire in the middle of a rainstorm and was nice enough to wait as my friend brought the wrong tire and had to go get another tire, even let me warm back up in his truck as he patiently waited, thanks again for saving my Monday.
I couldn't believe how they run the show here. Will with summit towing never gave us a tow when he showed up. We needed help badly and when he showed up he said he couldn't tow the truck we were in because it was too big. So he took off like a bad out of hell and left me hanging on the side of the road. The last words out of his mouth were (I don't have time to tow a pickup like this and to call AAA towing). He did say thi that if I pay him cash for the tow then he could do it. I said no all I have is a credit card dude!! Will was his name. Very shoddy work. And Thanks for standing me on the side of the road. Very sick individual!
