Waited 20 min for my drink, order a 24 oz. White mocha and recieved an 8 oz hot chocolate in a 24 oz cup. Also, the employee was not wearing a mask and blatantly sneezed in front of me while holding my drink. I should also add that she had mentioned she was sick that day but her managed forced her to come in. Keep in mind, they just fired theyre entire staff with no notice and sold out to corporate...must be desperate

Existing owner gave loyal employees 3 days notice before selling and firing them all. It’s a total train wreck of coffee stand now. Don’t stop in the morning if you don’t have 20 minutes to wait on coffee. Myself and others backed out and left this morning.

Highly disappointed with my latest experience here and will not be going back. I had 9 punches on my loyalty card and when we went in the other day they informed us they switched to an electronic system back in April. With Covid we hadn’t been traveling to Lacey consistently so we hadn’t been since before they switched systems. The barista would not honor the fact that we were one punch away from a free drink by giving us credit in the new system or by punching the card. My husband tried to give her the chance by asking very pointedly if they were really not going to honor their own loyalty card and she wouldn’t budged. He wasn’t rude, he just asked in a way to try to make it clear we thought it was unfair. Too bad to lose a customer over 1 free drink.
