This is one of my favorite McDonald's. I usually come through in the early morning and get four burritos. Sometimes I get hash browns and a soda as well. There are two Hispanic women working the drive through. They are very pleasant their smiles and courtesy making the visit so worth it. In the late afternoons I sometimes get cheeseburgers and or large fries. There fries are awesome. The only reason I did not give this McDonald's 5 stars is because sometimes they forget to salt their French fries. I think this happens because they make the fries fresh and sometimes in their efforts to get you hot and fresh fries they forget to salt them. The manager in the afternoon is wonderful she always reads back my order and as she is handing my food through the drive through window she reads back my order to me as well. Sometimes my order can be complicated as I am ordering food for usually 3 or 4 people and she is the first person, Who has ever inquired and also read my order back to me as she was handing my food to me. As long as I can remember I do not believe any other window teller has done this. Kudos to this McDonald's.

They had me pull forward for an honest 15-17 minutes, meanwhile car after car are going past me. You’d think they would prioritize my food since they asked me to pull forward. I tried to call but no answer so I drove around to the drive thru again. Saw the manager and told him my situation. He went inside to find out they were not tracking me/ knew what my order was, and instead of outstanding customer service with an apology, I got a thrown together meat and buns with stale cold fries. The manager was a red head with hair to his shoulder, instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, he allowed the situation to worsen by dispensing a terrible meal to an already terrible experience. But hey it’s McDonald’s, what can you expect. ud83dudc4dud83cudffd

Food was the best that We’ve had at any McDonald’s in a long time! And same with the service 11/20/20 about 7pm. Thank you to the crew! Fast, friendly, and great energy.
