For some reason last Sunday when I tried to send an e-mail it just would not accept. So I am going to attempt a google review.nLast Saturday when I was at your Bethel Park store a KATIE P. was my cashier at 4:43P. When I told her I was walking to the subway and I requested double bagging with paper bags she readily complied in a manner which was warm and professional. She must have noticed I had a bad ankle and even put the bags in my buggy.nnI hope that this review reaches management so that this young lady receives ample consideration for her fine and professional service

I like this Giant Eagle. It has more stuff than my local GE and it isn't as busy as the Market District.nThey have online order and curbside pickup.nnTheir craft beer selection used to be the best in the area but had since been lacking after they included wine.

Perfect, just one thing... I wish you guys would get the friendly's watermelon sherbert. I can't find anywhere, and if i drive to the coast to get it, it would melt before I can got home.

Giant Eagle is a very nice grocery. It always looks and feels very clean, and it is never a hassle to visit. The liners are unfortunately pretty long almost every time I visit.

My mom ordered a cake from the bakery for my brother’s graduation party, which included a photo of him to be placed on the cake. When I arrived to pick it up, I spoke with Kate, who told me they had technical difficulties with their printer and were not able to place the photo in the way we originally wanted, but offered to place two small photos instead. This was completely fine with me, and we were happy we could still use the photo! I waited no more than 10 minutes for them to finish up, and Kate went absolutely above and beyond and discounted the ENTIRE cake for us for understanding. Obviously the cake was delicious, but the customer service exhibited by Kate and her bakery staff was exceptional. With my brother being a “covid grad” and the added stress of trying to have a party for him during these times, this was the absolute “icing on the cake” for a great graduation party, and we cannot thank them enough!
