The selection is nice. The layout is roomy and allows to get around other shoppers without an issue.nnThe one way aisle concept is a bit impractical as many people were still doing small back and forths when looking for or at some choices. Everyone wearing masks is cool, respectful - but with it not being enforced and most customers not wearing them it's almost silly for the employees to have to (especially when it's hot)

Doctor call prescription for my 4 year old who had a ear infection in. Get there and they start telling me they have to call around then I'll go somewhere else for my prescription. Then the guy while I'm at the counter tells me to move cause his other customers are more important.

This Giant Eagle store is older, smaller and more crowded than most, but they keep it neat and well stocked most of the time (we all have bad days) so it's worth the trip if you're near by. Customer service gets a bit frazzeled but be kind and stick with them they'll square you away.

The Stock boy Shawn was an amazing person. He helped several people and was also able to get me straightened out He should be looked at for a management position in training!
