Giant Eagle Supermarket

I love Giant Eagle. Since I'm from Maryland and the closest one is 45 minutes on the Beltway, its nice to come up here to Pittsburgh and be able to go to one across the street from my sisters house. Please come closer than Fredrick. Ill take Gaithersburg or Germantown

The curb side shoppers with the extra large carts have no consideration for customers shopping in the store.

Went in to get a few things, ended up needing assistance. Maintenance-type guy (not actually sure what position he has) was very nice in helping us.nnAnd then had some issues with self-checkout, ended up going to aisle 11 cuz I just have no patience.nnLong story short, the young lady working that aisle around 7/7:30 pm was very helpful, kind, and was able to help us get the discounts using the store card.nnGreat shopping experience!

The curbside experience has been great the past few weeks. On a few items which have e-coupons I've learned it's best to click on 'no substitutes.' each time I've arrived there's been ample spaces, and the personal shoppers have been great on the phone. I haven't had to wait long at all to get my items. I have a divider unit in the trunk for placement of separate foods, and every time without saying anything they've been placed correctly so I can take them out easier. I'm very happy and grateful for the great job this store and its staff have been doing during this pandemic. I loved the little touches like Casey putting a smiley face next to their name and still being waved and thanked by the person putting in the food items, even though wearing a mask. Please keep up the great work. We appreciate you! :)
