I was impressed with the level of service, commitment and accessibility. I was in a time crunch, and unavailable to come to the office. Even though it was April 15, I was able to talk with Mr. Grimes by phone and resolve an issue that confused me.

Came in to complete my taxes during the pandemic struggle and left with a smile on my face. My tax preparer, Marilyn Wynn, was extremely kind and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Best tax experience I've ever had by far! Will be returning next year.
