The office people are great. Anita helped just fine and got me a discount because I balked at the fee. I filed with them ONLY because I needed to get my refund fast and I qualified for the early refund. However, after all the charges, it's not worth it. I was receiving unemployment when I filed. That was an additional fee to enter in that info, because apparently that's hard since there's maybe 3 boxes to fill in. Then I just saw on TV where I could file my taxes for free with them online because my income is under 69k. I understand they get you in there with the early refund and I needed it and it helped a lot. But to pile on fees after, plus, I could file for free anyways, is irritating. It cost me nearly $200 for them to do my taxes. My refund was almost $800 so that's a chunk. I've always done my own online for free. It's kind of a racket when they get you in for your early refund because YOU'RE BROKE and then charge me nearly 25% of my refund to punch in my basic taxes. I could've used that extra $200 for stuff like food. (My SO did the same thing and his fees were nearly $200 as well.) One other thing, when Anita was doing my taxes their manager came over and started talking to her about retention and numbers. Very unprofessional when she's with a customer.

I called to get an appointment the woman on the phone was real sweet. They had some free time so I came right in. Jennifer welcomed my daughter and I. She was so friendly and attentive. I sat down to do my taxes with Anita and she was just great. It was so easy to sit there with my daughter and they made us feel so comfortable. Such nice ladies! Got my girl some suckers and snacks. Way better experience than I was even expecting.

The office is clean and the ladies are very professional. They have coffee and they have fish named Jackson and Hewitt. Always satisfied when we visit and they go above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Jackson Hewitt! Anita explains everything about our taxes in detail, and we always leave at ease. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for experience and professionalism in the same package.

Been going here past few years, no complaints here. Anita is professional,very detailed and anwsers any concerns/questions, Ask for Anita! Jennifer is awesome and super friendly made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Thanks Ladies, will be in next tax year ud83dude42

I have went to this location now for several years and the last two years...yes I got the same awesome lady 2 years in a row!! I was so glad to see her smiling face again when I went in to make my appointment this year!! Anita is AMAZING!! I don't dread taxes going to her as she knows her stuff therefore can just talk all the way thru it making it less of a horrid experience! She is very friendly and efficient and I am so glad she stuck around so I got the pleasure of having her again this year!!nHope to see you next year Anita!
