Wings Over Pittsburgh is hands down my favorite place to get wings in and around the city of Pittsburgh. It takes me well over an hour to drive out, get the wings and drive home and it is more than worth it. Their wings are consistently high quality and the sauces (and sheer number of choices of sauces) make Wings Over Pittsburgh the obvious choice when I'm feeling 'fried chicken'. For as long as they have been in Pittsburgh they have been my favorite restaurant for for wings. The safety precautions that they have taken during trying times have impressed me enough that I feel safe ordering and picking up from them and would readily recommend it to others (something of which I am unable to do for other well rated restaurants). I look forward to the next time I make the drive, and I suggest others do the same.

The red headed lady was the most rude person I have ever experienced. Flirted with the cook through the window the whole time. Rolled her eyes at me twice. When I asked her if I could get two sauces on wings instead of three for the 20 count she said “why wouldn’t you be able to get two”. Then a few minutes went by and I just wanted to know if we should wait inside or in the car. So I asked how much longer she thought it would be. She rolled her eyes once more and said “well, since it’s only been 7 minutes I would think at least another 10 minutes” then went back to flirting with the cook through the window. She is a miserable person. As a business owner myself, if someone told me an employee treated a customer this way, I would allow them to part ways with me immediately. All we did was order food with 2 questions. I’m not sure how you mess up that simple of a customer transaction.nnAlso as I am waiting for my food I heard her talk to two separate people on the phone COMPLETELY rude. “As long as you can pay me in the next 5 minutes. THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON THE CUSTOMER. This place is a joke if that’s the people they employ. She doesn’t even have to actually be a “server”. Just take orders. I have no idea how she has a job. She should be fired

One of the best wing spots. The chicken here is fresh. I haven't come across any broken bones in their wings. The wings are a good size. They are always cooked to perfection. Also, I like that I can order multiple flavors in one order. They are consistent.

I ordered my food. Lady on the phone was very rude. When I came in to pick up food. I just asked her politely can she call me once my food is done because of covid and she was very rude instead of saying sorry we apologize we can't call you you have to wait. She was rude with the other customer as well who was there to pick the food up as well. Customer told me she was very rude and I noticed that I wasn't the only one who was watching her. I been buying my food from wings over from long time and had a great service all the time but I really think she should not be in customer service. I am not sure about her name she had no name tag. Please train her
