I’m confused.... a medium and large are a different circumference but same amount of slices? On top of all of all that my wings average out to be the same price as the whatever size pizza. That all could be okay if customer service was at least DECENT. I put down a tip in the tip jar and it was immediately grabbed by a person who refused to even look me in the eye. Nobody there had a good attitude to be honest. I was a little late to pick up my pizza but they were not closed. Very confusing vibe. I guess they get enough business tho.

Great food but takes forever to arrive. Ordered at 830 and it’s 945 and I was told another half hour. I live one block away

Completely ignored by the employees. They were clearly busy and way understaffed, I get it, I'm patient. 15 minutes pass until I decide to just blurt out the name of the order I'm picking up because clearly no one is going to ask. Still ignored. When I eventually get service, I learn that my order was ready the whole time, sitting there, getting cold.

I called this location at 9:55 and when the guy answered I asked if they were still open.. (I had just called the Monroeville store and they close at 10). His response was “I’m answering the phone aren’t I?” ... so I was like okay let me have an order for pickup. He asked the name and I said “Josh” and I don’t know if he misheard me or what but he repeated “Trash???”. Get people who have some customer service skills and maybe you’ll salvage your remaining locations. Will never call here again.
