I was told 1 hour for delivery and it took 2 hours before I got the pizza. I only live right down the hill from them. If the guy on the phone said it would be 2 hours I’m okay with that. But he didn’t. After waiting for my two hour delivery and receiving my pizza it was raw undercooked taste like raw flour there’s no color at the bottom the pizza at all. I called to tell them it was undercooked they said I wasn’t. I told them can I just get another pizza they told me it’ll be another two hours. I decided to do a refund and they said they’ll have someone come down to pick up your pizza and I’ll get my refund. Am I now going to have to wait two hours for them to pick it up?? Probably
I live on Carrick Ave & order from them all the time. I have to admit they have the best food around especially the pizza it's so good. If you want your food delivered in a timely manner consider ordering from Amillis , I usually get my food in about 30-45 minutes. Keep up the great work guys!
My son wanted pizza it was early nowhere was open so I got him a SMALL pizza. They charged my card more then whats on the receipt they give you then yell at you when you call about it telling you to come to the shop to talk about it... don't even go or just use cash if your dumb enough to go
Multiple times my order was late and or wrong. Ordered a pizza with extra cheese, bacon and onions. Got sausage and mushrooms, no onions or extra cheese. Ordered an Italian hoagie, they put it in as a steak hoagie. They fixed the hoagie but it took one and a half hours. Called to let them know...the answer I got was it was not his fault, he just made the order , he didn't take it. Not the first time this happened to me, will be the last.
